Phil is with the Ray White Mapua Team as a successful Sales and Marketing Consultant.
Phil was born in Lancaster in the UK and after being educated at the University of Keele spent over 15 years teaching in the UK and combining his teaching career playing professional basketball in the UK and Europe.
In 1997 Phil moved to Hong Kong with his wife Sue to continue their teaching careers and after nine years Phil and Sue decided to leave the pollution and the bright lights and bring their two girls to a new life in New Zealand.
Mapua was the only place we seriously considered living and after being here for two years we are convinced we made the right decision.
After 25 years as a teacher and manager in Education Phil decided a new challenge was needed and Phil was convinced that the Real Estate Industry would offer him the challenges and flexibility he needed.
Phil brings to the industry the ethics and professionalism he developed in Education which he applies to his business as a successful sales and marketing consultant.
Phil currently resides in Mapua on Dawson Road where he has lived for five years and he and his family are committed to supporting the development of the local community.
